What is a delusion?
Mood swings, unusual movements, inability too express emotions, not keeping up with personal hygiene, problems at school
What are warning signs of psychosis?
Disordered speech, easily confused, sentences, don't make sense, speech contain meaningless words
What is disordered thinking?
Client reports that there are insects crawling on their skin, which they can feel all of the time.
What is a hallucination?
Maternal infection, paternal age, prenatal malnutrition, trauma, stressful family environment
What are risk factors of psychosis?
Feeling like something is crawling on or under their skin or thinking someone tapped you on the shoulder when no one is there
What are tactile hallucinations?
Client reports that all the neighbors are watching them and reporting their movements to the government.
