The answer is both yes and no to this - the 'owner' is not required themselves to be specifically listed, but there will have to be at least one officer. This is, unfortunately, not an option for corporations. The state requires an officer listed on the Annual Report each year.
We wish that corporations were provided the same anonymity that LLC's are granted, but the state hasn't quite gotten around to putting that law in place yet.

Unfortunately, even if you dissolve your company, the BOI Report is still required due to company being ACTIVE in 2024. We can file this for $25 and you would simply select the 'File for Me' in previous email or just reply to this one.
