If a customer is looking around for someone to help...
yes! ( if you see someone looking for a worker, it is always good to ask if they need help!)
If your boss tells you to greet the customers
" good morning", " how are you", "is there anything I can help with?"
"yes, what do you need help with?"
If the customer is working on a project on his/her computer
no (it seems like the customer is busy and want to be alone)
If your boss tells you to organize the clothes
hang up the clothes, fold them...
If a customer says "I can't find my size for this shirt, do you have more?"
"let me look in the back, whats your size?"
If a customer cannot find an item
Yes! ( it can be good to ask if they need help finding something)
if you are not sure what you are suppose to do during work
Ask your manager
how would you say goodbye to a customer?
"thanks for shopping with us!", "hope to see you again", "have a great day"...
If a customer is on the phone
no ( when a customer is busy, it may not be a good idea to come up with them)
When a customer asks for the manager
find the manager and bring the manager to the customer if he/she is free
How would you start a conversation with a coworker?
"hi, how are you?" "how's your day", "how was your weekend"
