Strangers
Samantha finishes work at 10:00pm. Her mother told her that she was going to be late to pick her up and to wait at the bus stop. As she is waiting, a car pulls up and asks her what time it is. Samantha answers and then asks if she can get a ride home. The person in the car says of course and opens the door.
Do not get in the car with a stranger!
Ryan finishes his volunteering hours early on Friday. He volunteers at the local animal shelter and it just closed. He walks around the building and looks at the animals. He sees somebody he doesn’t know and they ask him if he would like to go out to their car to see all of their pet dogs. Ryan refuses and hurries to his boss’ office.
Tell your boss!
Bob is working at the bookstore. A stranger comes up to him and asks if they can give Bob a ride home after his shift ends. Bob says “no thank you” and continues to work. The stranger leaves the store.
Walk away from the stranger.
George is at home watching TV. He hears a knock at the door but isn’t expecting anybody. He walks up to the door and says “Who is it?” The person at the door responds that George’s mom has sent him to look after him. George thinks for a second and decides to tell the person to go away and calls his mother.
You should call your mother and not answer the door!
Gina is walking in the park. A stranger comes up to her and asks if she wants a ride home. Gina says “No, I’m okay thank you” and walks away. She calls her mom to come pick her up.
Walk away from the stranger and call mom.
Will is playing basketball outside. A stranger comes up to him and asks if he can help them find their lost dog. The stranger asks Will to take a ride around the neighborhood with them to look for the dog. Will says “no” and goes inside.
Walk away from the stranger.
Walking home from work late at night, Timothy is listening to his favorite music. Walking along, Timothy notices somebody walking towards him. The person asks Timothy to help them find their pet cat. Timothy puts his stuff down and decides to look for the cat nearby in a park.
Do not do this!
Thomas is hanging out at the mall. A stranger comes up to him and asks if he can hang out with Thomas. Thomas says “no” and walks away.
Say no and walk away!!
Jason works at an animal shelter. A stranger starts talking to him and tells him they should go grab lunch. Jason is uncomfortable.

Bethany is working on a school project online. She sees that a random person sends her a friend request on Facebook. She has never heard of or seen this person before. The person sends her a message and asks her for her address. Bethany quickly alerts her parents and takes a screen shot of her Facebook page.
Do not accept them as a friend!!
Lucy and her sister are walking home from school. A stranger pulls up in a car beside them and asks if they need a ride. Lucy and her sister say “yes” and get in the car with the stranger.

Tiffany takes the bus to work every morning. She notices a stranger is staring at her. She is not sure what to do. It is starting to make her uncomfortable.
Ignore the stranger.
Cameron goes to the movies. As he sits down in the theater, somebody he doesn’t know asks to sit next to him. After the movie, this person asks Cameron if he wants to get lunch at a local restaurant. Cameron is hungry so he says "sure why not". Cameron and the stranger walk out to the parking lot.

Molly is home alone. She hears a knock on the door. She asks who is there. The person says they are her mom’s friend. Molly does not answer the door. She calls her mom instead.

Hannah is walking home from her post-grad program at her high school. A car pulls up and Hannah does not know this person. The person in the car says her mom sent her to pick her up.
Do not get in the car. Call your mom.
