Claire emailed her staff from NTI but they did not receive the emails. Superadmins are not allowed to send emails from NTI w/o supervisor approval. How do we meet the client's need?
If NTI email addresses have not been whitelisted, our emails can be blocked. We need to give her the whitelist guide and then add in a template for her to send the email out again.
School staff is rolling out ALICE and want to know how to complete a drill. Do we offer support for this?

A CSTAG subscription client already has an ALICE branch and doesn't want a new login or separate branch to manage users.
We add the CSTAG catalog to their ALICE branch. We do NOT create a CSTAG branch for them.
Change an entire's branch password
Highlight all users in the branch, click on Choose Action button, Edit, and then enter in the new password. Then press confirm and wait for the confirmation of the completion to appear on the screen.
Ali emails that he was taking the course and it keeps saying he has exceeded multiple attempts and cannot access the course anymore. How do we help him?
When clients keep open a course and are not interacting with it, it can time out and lock. We can go in and unlock this. We send an email reminding them to close the course when they walk away and open it when they return because the course will resume where they left off.
A church with a preschool purchased ALICE and needs to train their children's ministry. Do we have resources to support them?
ALICE Training Institute holds Preschool resources that we can give to them. They include printable coloring pages, preschool GO bags, and a video to train preschool staff in English and Spanish. They can also purchase I'm not Scared, I'm Prepared book from the ALICE Training Institute store.
Superintendent has some schools trained for NTAC and others trained for CSTAG, and doesn't know how to get everyone on the same page. How do we help?
Have him assign CSTAG Lvl 3 which aligns CSTAG and NTAC implementation.
Delete all deactivated accounts
Filter users not active, highlight all of them, click on Choose Action, Delete, and confirm.
Each person needs to submit the course survey (sometimes more than one survey) in addition to the post test to show completion everywhere in NTI.
HR needs to follow up with users that completed their courses by their employee ID. Can we accomodate?
.csv uploads include room to add several references for the user to sort through groups. However, these groups cannot be bulk assigned courses.
The superintendent needs to know who has taken the CSTAG learning plan, the Suicide Awareness learning plans, and needs to cross reference them by school role, location, and Threat Assessment team.
We create a New Report for the superintendent, and any other user designated, that includes all the information needed as long as the reference fields have been uploaded via .csv

Assign the course and enable the deadline start date. Leave the end date blank.
