These kinds of problems can also be an emergency and may have to call 911.

The crosswalk light sign did not change when it was your turn to cross.

While eating a snack with your brother, he starts coughing and holds his throat. The coughing stops but now he looks scared and is turning blue.
Choking is a big problem and you may need to call 911.
You want to have cereal for breakfast but are all out of milk.
