Who can work at The STUDY? What are the requirements?
- Undergrad students with at least 24 credit hours
- Have taken the class at TXST and gotten an A
- Take an exam to show proficiency

- The 4th floor of Alkek Library

Where is SI?
- A large variety of locations on campus (classrooms, SI rooms on the 4th floor)
- Virtual

Who can be a SI Leader? What are the requirements?
- Undergraduate or graduate students who have taken the course and earned an A
- 3.0+ TXST GPA
- Must have a faculty reference from the subject they want to SI
When can students use The STUDY?
- 10AM-7PM M-Th, 10AM-1PM F
- Falls & Sayers 4PM-8PM Su-Th
How does a student use SI?
- Have an SI in their class and attend
- Look at the SI schedule online and attend other professors' sessions
How does a student meet with a Success Coach?
- Schedule a meeting through Navigate
- Under "Make an Appointment," click "Academic Engagement" and "Initial Success Coaching Appointment"
How does a student use VASC?
- Walk-in :) Come in any time
Who can be a Success Coach? What are the requirements?
- Graduate Students
- Preferred qualification: graduate program in a helping profession (counseling, school psychology, social work, student affairs)
What do students do at the STUDY?
- Check in at the front desk of the STUDY and sit at the table for your area
- Bring homework and/or questions
- You can work independently until you have a question or want explanation
What do students do in an SI session?
- Participate in structured activities, games, and practice to review course content
- Work collaboratively with peers
What does a student do at Success Coaching?
- 1:1 meeting to discuss whatever the student would like to
- Get non-judgmental and empathetic support, set goals, multiple appointments for accountability
What do students do at VASC?
- Use the study room with other military-connected students
- Guides answer questions students may have, connect with events/resources, and chat
Who can be a VASC Guide? What are the requirements?
- Be military-connected (veteran or dependent)
- Be using federal VA benefits
- GPA of 2.6+
- Preferred: Non-semester year students
What else does The STUDY offer?
- Small group appointments for specific courses
Explain the difference between SI and The STUDY
- SI is structured, scheduled, and the SI leader takes the course (a second time) to create weekly SI sessions
- Students lead tutoring sessions based on their needs on a walk-in basis. Tutor is not currently taking the course.

- Bobcat Cadence (campus resource tour)
- Events and workshops targeted towards military-connected students
