I've ran a car wash for 15 yrs so I know what I'm talking about. I like the price of the washes compared to their competitors. I like the drying; for the most part. I even like the amenities they provide u with to do it all yourself. BUT I have told them numerous times that they need to replace the shocks on the passenger side of the wash due to the fact that they skip your front fender almost completely. AND I have to finish drying my truck every time. As it does a good job on the windshield, top and hood, it's lacking on the other parts. The topper for me today, as to why I won't be back is, I get scratches on my truck. I can't afford to buff my truck every few times through your wash. I won't have any clear coat left to buff. I hope this review reaches someone within the company so that they can make changes and improve for the future.

Terrible car wash for the price.  Always leaves grease on my paint. The tire shine does not apply evenly, causing splotches. I always have to come home and spend 20 min cleaning up the mess. Poor customer service as well…they will tell you the excuse, but not offer any remedy for their failings.
