What are Justworks International Solutions?
Justworks’ international solutions comprise of our Employer of Record (EOR) and International Contractor Payments (ICP) services.
What employment types do we support? Full time, salaried, part time, remote, ect?
As a general guideline, we primarily support full-time salaried employees.
What is the cost of paying international contractors and employees?
Customers are charged $39 per active International Contractor and $599 per active Employer of Record.

Can we work with a company that has a legal entity or presence within that given country?
For our EOR solution, we are unable to work with companies that have legally established entities in other countries
Can Justworks support global expansion without being on PEO
Yes, our Global First solution enables seamless global expansion without PEO.
When should I be scheduling an international call?
If on an intro/discovery call, right then an there! Keep int'l chilipiper available.
If via email, send over times that would work for both you and the int'l AE schedule. (Int'l AE should have many available slots via chilipiper)
If the admin does not express urgency in EOR and wants to prioritize PEO, setup expectations that their OA will reach circle back once their first payroll has processed
If a company has no current international workers (neither EOR or contractors) and is interested in our global solutions - should I still refer them to the International AE team?
Yes! There is a ton of value in having these discovery conversations with an interested company and increasing awareness about our global offerings.
Is there a minimum requirement for international employees and/or international contractors to sign up for a Justworks global solution
No, unlike the PEO model there are no minimum headcount requirements for either international contractors or full-time international employees.
Do we offer benefits on EOR?
Our global offering includes partners around the world who can deliver competitive benefits to international employees.
Should I join the scheduled Int'l call with the AE?
Yes! It is always recommended to join the call. Reps should work together and stay in sync to ensure there isn’t a disjointed sales experience for the prospect.

Are there any markets we do not support?
We do not support OFAC or EU-sanctioned markets for either EOR or ICP services.
Do we offer PTO management for EOR employees?
Yes! Admins would utilize the same processes they currently do in the PEO for creating a PTO Policy for International employees.
Cha-Ching! Your Int'l QL closed won, what can you expect?
1. $500 or 8% or ARR whichever is higher
2. Expected commission to be paid out the month following the companies processed payroll on the second payroll
