What are the steps for "Inspection Arms" from the position of "Order Arms"?
From "Order Arms" move to "Port Arms". From "Port" move your left hand from the handguard to the pistol grip with your thumb catching the lower portion of the bolt catch. Then move your right hand to unlock the charging handle while locking the bolt to the rear with your left thumb. Following that with your right hand, push the charging handle forward. Then move your right hand back to the stock of the weapon. Then angle the ejection port skyward while regrasping the handguard with your left hand. Proceed by inspecting the ejection port then move your head back into the position of attention. the final count is angling the weapon back to "Port"
