This person handles the day-to-day data entry and processing of pay and personnel transactions in NSIPS. Assists customers with questions about ribbons and awards. Can also enter awards into NSIPS and NDAWS. Provides supervisor with award entries and KSD's for approval/verification.

This role provides quality assurance, training, and oversight for the command's pay and personnel administrators.  I can verify awards on NSIPS.  I can also approve non-pay impacting RED/DA updates.

This person, often a direct supervisor, conducts the first review of an authorization or voucher and ensures it is accurate and hall all required documents. They have permission levels 0 and 2 in DTS and DD 577 signed by Skipper. This person cannot see authorizations and vouchers if not in worklist.

This person prepares the NAVPERS 1650/3 form (soft / NDAWS), edits the citation, and routes the entire package for the Pilot's personal military decoration to Executive Office.  Other role would be to assist with NSIPS Honors and Awards entries.
