What are Notes?
Screen where you enter participants information (name, address, phone number, etc.)
What is Screening?
Yellow triangle with an exclamation mark next to a message indicates
What is Message Undelivered?
This is done at a mid-cert appointment if the current goal was met or not met
What is create a New Goal?
Tab where you document a breastfeeding contact or enter breastfeeding notes
What is BF Support & Notes?
To place a hold on a file, you would go to this screen in WIC WISE
What is the Alerts screen?
Place in WIC WISE that shows all the appointments for the day, or for any given day
What is the Schedule?
You can change the text language by turning on this chat option
What is Translation?
A new goal must always be created at this appointment
What is a Recertification/Certification?
When referring a participant to a PC, you would select this option from the drop-down
