What is an 820? 

An 820 is the next level of care after inpatient. An 820 is typically 3-6 months and it is an inpatient style program although the aims are more towards reconnecting participants with outside supports and resources. Examples of an 820 are CARS, FLACRA, Elements, and Insights.

Read recovery related materials, journal, meditate, complete homework assignments, write letters, set goals, work on art. Reflection is the only designated quiet time in the day, be with your thoughts.
