Mr. Smith had to re-locate his small company. When he did this, he found out that his file cabinet was, regretfully, out of order. He called Cathy to see if she could help. Her willingness to come help made Mr. Smith quite glad.

The Elk's Lodge (7.2)

The Elk’s lodge had become a bit run-down. Randy suggested that each member contribute to fix the place. If they accepted the challenge, then Randy had confidence that the job could be completed by June. He did not anticipate any problems since the job was small.

Randy gave evidence that the lodge needed repair. The entrance hall was dingy, the fence along the drive was broken and the shingles needed paint. At his insistence, the Elks finally did decide to make the repairs. The lodge did not need to be fancy, but it would be nice to spruce it up.
