1. Problem: she cannot be in two places at once! 

2. Solution: go to the party she was invited to first. If the parties are close, she should tell the host she was invited to two parties and stay at each party for the same amount of time. Tell the host her plan for the evening.

2. Solution: make sure you wear layers, wear a hat/glove, scarf.

1. Problem: you are not thinking of your friend's interests and getting them something you like instead of what they like.

1. Problem: Your friend may feel bad for not giving you a gift. 

2. Solution: Tell them "Merry Christmas" and give them the gift.

2. Solutions: Say you did not bring enough money with you/ ask them to hold on to it until you can come back with more money/ find a gift that is less expensive to give to your friend. 

BONUS 10 points: If you return back to the store and if they held the item for you, what should you do/say?

You bought tickets to a holiday concert event with one of your best friends. When you get to your seat, you realize that someone is sitting in it. What should you do? 

1. Problem: Someone is in the wrong seat

2. Solutions: double check your ticket to make sure you have the correct seat then show them your ticket saying that they are in your seat.
