Fire, the Indigenous peoples do many things such as put sage/medicines or even cook on the fire, even than some indigenous peoples just simply enjoy the warmth and tell stories, pray or sing!

• Cleaning/decluttering your house is a way to create a clean and calm environment in your home, and setting up for success. 

• Exercising the arts is another way to nurture creativity and challenging creativity. 

• Hold a moment of prayer (a moment to heal, and helping others recover too).

• Recognize your intentions by journaling or keeping them in mind. Whether it’s a goal or yearn for success, whether physical, mental, social, academic or personal, try to mention it, believe that it’s possible.  

• Cook your favorite meal, and eat it with friends and family. This will feed your body and invoke kinship with loved ones. 

• Show your appreciation to people and things in your life. This can be through a text or card, anything!
