If you are doing an activity located 30 minutes or more from emergency medical services (EMS), you will need this type of first aid training which is now offered as a live virtual training.
In January 2020, Nation’s Capital started its first ever pilot program to allow five departments, including AVD, to try out this type of work one day a week.
