What is Infectious Disease Emergency Leave? What time period was it paid leave?  What is it now?

Infectious Disease Emergency Leave was put in place in April of 2021 during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. This leave was created to prevent the spread of infectious disease such as Covid during this time period. This leave entitles workers to up to 3 days of paid leave for absences related to Covid 19.
