What is the process for changing coach assignments in WD:

Please provide the step by step process..

Step 1) TC consults with staff when a coach changed is needed or requested.

Step 2) The current coach (house owner) would remove the coachee from their matrix organization. (moves them out of their house)

Step 3) Once removed from current Career Coach’s matrix org, the proposed (new) coach would add the staff to their matrix org. (move them into their house). Proposed coach’s can tell when the staff is ‘available’ as they will no longer have a coach listed in their profile.
