Your boss gave you a budget of $500 to buy food for the staff at an upcoming meeting tomorrow, and you're really busy at work right now. You do research and learn you can order food online at everyone's favorite restaurant for $600. You also learn that you can order the same amount of food at another restaurant for $350, but you'll need to go over to the restaurant to order everything in person, and it means you won't have enough time in the regular work day to order the food and meet your deadlines. What should you do?
Take time to order from the less expensive restaurant, and ask for help from your boss or a coworker or stay late to finish your work.
What is one way someone could establish their routine for a new job?

What would be a workplace hazard for working in construction?
Your company's code of conduct states, "You are expected to be at your workstation at the beginning of each business day. If you are delayed, you must call your immediate supervisor to state the reason for the delay. In the event your immediate supervisor is unavailable, you must speak with another manager." It's 8:00am, the same time you're expected to be at work. You had trouble starting your car this morning, and you're going to be 30 minutes late. Your supervisor usually arrives at 8:30am, so they'll get there right when you do. What do you do to be sure you're following company policy about delays?
Call your company and leave a message for your supervisor letting them know you'll be late because of car trouble. Then, also call another manager who's already there to let them know you'll be late because of car trouble too.
Bring pen and paper to take notes, do research ahead of time, ask questions, etc.
