One of the treaties that ended the First World War; it put harsh rules on Germany.
What are Liberty Bonds?
The name for the war bonds that the U.S. government sold, and strongly encouraged Americans to buy, as a way of raising money for the war effort.

The fear about the possibility of a Bolshevik revolution in the U.S.; fear over Communist infiltrators led Americans to restrict and discriminate against any radical dissent.
What is Trench Warfare?
A military strategy that was used to try and reduce the number of casualties during the war.

A foreign policy that calls for not taking sides in any wars, but maintaining trade between warring countries.

Wilson's plan to unite foreign countries under one organization to promote global peace after the Great War.
