Compare: They both state the topic of the paper, they state 3 reasons or topic, they both have a wrap up, they're both about the same topic

Contrast: 

Introduction - has hook, no transition

Conclusion - no hook, transition word

They're also different because they should state the three reasons in different ways and have different wrap up sentences.
