Types of Tests

This is used to signify the beginning of a sentence. Is also used in proper nouns.
What is capitalization?
This type of writing aims to educate a reader on a specific topic by using facts, data, and explanations.

Your iPad should be charged and you should stay awake.

Before submitting, you should read through your essay and fix any mistakes.
What is revising/editing?
This is what type of writing:
Write an essay for your science class about what glass is, including how people have made it.
What is an informational prompt?
This is a group of sentences that focus on a single idea or topic.
What is a paragraph?
This type of writing has a claim and supports it using evidence and reasoning. Uses sources and facts to persuade the reader.
What is argumentative/persuasive writing?
Remain silent when finished
What is R or Respect?
The prompt is asking you to write about space but you instead write about bunnies.
*Hint: starts with an O and is two words.

This is what type of writing:
Write an essay for your health class claiming certain methods of exercise are better for kids.

This type of writing will sometimes give you a picture to help out.
