No. Section 5 only needs to be completed if a person has been terminated or resigned from the university.

What section should the new hire's personal email address be entered in?
Section 1.
The email address is used to send welcome information and new service details to the new hire until they receive their university email address.
I am hiring the new Dr. of Development in Institutional Advancement. I want them to be paid through Institutional funding. What program code do I use?
Code 60 - Instit. Support/Admin.
What section should be completed if you are hiring someone that is taking the place of a past employee?
Section 4 - Comments. This information is useful when setting up the new hire's ADP account. This is also helpful with ensuring we have removed the employee that is no longer with the university.
Should you enter an end date on the PAF?
No. It should always read "At Will."
Whose responsibility is it to completed the Budget section. And what section is the budget section?
The department/VP. Section 2 is the budget section.
