What are SDS sheets?
The group you, as an employee, must look out for their safety.

If there was “OH NO!” moment, & someone could’ve been horribly hurt-also it would’ve been reported to OHS.
What is a critical near miss?
Somebody who has to take orientation, review department hazard IDs /SWP, & receive training on site.
Who is a new hire?
Gotta do this if there’s a new process/

/control, if there’s an incident, etc

Solutions shard, so an incident doesn’t repeat.
What are corrective actions?
Bi-monthly and informal, ongoing look-abouts, for anything wrong in your work areas.

What is an incident?
Group that reviews reports, promotes H&S, develops H&S goals, and can lead investigations once trained.
Who is the CHSC?
People who provide feedback of PPE and task procedures, review or revise Hazard IDs.
Who is everyone?
Details to keep you safe, found in staff rooms, binders, bulletin boards, meeting minutes…the list goes on!
What is H & S information?
Attending H&S training & staff meetings, knowing your rights, know work procedures, participate in WWC Health and Safety program!
What are employee responsibilities?
A safe space we have responsibility to meet at and direct others to.
What is a muster point?
People that must be monitored, report hazards, and not create uncontrolled hazards.
Who are contractors?
Something that can cause loss, we can try control it, reports help us identify them.
What is a hazard?
Individuals that evaluate your H&S knowledge and accountabilities by monitoring, issue warnings, give kudos, or advise retraining.
Who are managers?
When you hear LOUD NOISES and follow instructions from the person at the front panel.
What is a fire alarm?
Assorted techniques to use if you feel an interaction is escalating. These include active listening, calm tones and no arguing.
What is de-escalation?
Employees who monitor, offer additional training or advice! Plus you get some one on one time with them-maybe after 6 months, or annually. Look to them for information or if you need a new pair of goggles.
Who are supervisors?
When you fill out a sheet for, say, a one time gig at a work related team-building sky diving event !
What is a Site Specific Hazard Assessment?
A fun event where a person looks through documents, asks all the questions, snoops, and writes a big report that you all get to read at your leisure!
