What is reading a book?
Have one or two books on hand PRIOR to testing.
Per district protocol, reading a book is the acceptable use of time post testing.

What is a flag?
A flag next to a score means that the standard error of measurement (SEM) for that score is larger than usual.

What is certification?
The certification process assures you:
understand what the screener tests
know how to administer the screener in a standardized way
Reviewing the assessment under Training & Resources assures you are informed about what updated information has been added regarding each assessment - *info. has been added since your initial training

What are accommodations?
See accommodations listed on the WY-TOPP Accommodations document and/or student's 504 Plan PRIOR to the day of testing.The amount of time a student can pause, log back in and be able to check all previous items
What is 20 minutes?
If a student is logged out more than 20 minutes, he cannot see or preview previous test items. The test starts where the student left off.

What is completed?
A student's score shows up in the system IF the test is submitted. No score may indicate that the child needs to log back in and submit the test.
