Ignore it - dont respond to the bully. A response may make the situation worse. If they dont get a response, they may get bored and go away

Block the Bully - this will stop you seeing messages or texts from a particular person. You can block a bully on your smartphone and via email as well as on social media

Tell Someone - tell an adult you can trust (parents, siblings, teachers or police)

Keep the Evidence - this can be useful in tracking the bully down. Save texts, emails, online conversations or voicemails as evidence
