When does a persons frontal lobe usually finish developing...& why do we care? 

Usually around the age of 25, the frontal lobe is responsible for decision making, so a young persons brain does not make decisions the same as someone in their mid-30's etc. (Fun fact! This is why young people usually have better memory)

How do depressants work? 

They slow down the connections between the brain and the body. This is what causes people to slur while they are talking. 

Other symptoms can be - dilated pupils, confusion, slow pulse, impaired judgment etc.

What is fentanyl and carfentanil?
