Responsible for ensuring the provision of fire protection, medical, and rescue services.
Further responsible for coordinating fire and rescue mutual aid services when day-to-day mutual aid resources are exhausted and provide and initial damage assessment reporting to the Operations Chief

Form used for incident briefing, allows for a concise and complete transition of command and control briefing to an incoming new IC.
