What is CareSolace? 

An example of a virtual mental health care coordination system that can provide HIPAA/FERPA compliant referrals; provide students/families/staff with 24/7 access to live, multilingual care concierge to identify local providers; provide virtual self-service tool for families/staff to identify verified community providers on their own if preferred.

What outcomes do we currently track? 

1. Length of time between intake and program appointment (target is less than or equal to 14 days 90% of the time)

2. OP clinicians will provide EBP (specifically TF-CBT and PCIT) to 15 clients quarterly.

3. MST cases will have a reoffending rate of less than 10% for clients during the course of treatment.

What is the licensure cohort that is part of Henrico CARES? 

HCPS has identified a number of school counselors who are interested in getting licensed, currently there is an LPC cohort but they are looking to expand an LCSW cohort in the coming year.  Your flexibility and support of these individuals as they learn more about the work we do is very appreciated.
