Great this should always be used when checking campers in and out and communicating with parents.
What is Customer Service?
These are forms of communication that is not allowed between staff and campers.

This should happen before passing off your group to another counselor throughout the day.

These are two groups that should never be mixed while seated on a bus.

This is the person responsible for keeping the restrooms clean throughout the day.
