Why don't we sacrifice lambs anymore?
When Jesus died on the cross, he was the "ultimate sacrifice", taking the "wage" of sin of every person in the entire world, past, present, and future. Our sins are forever forgiven, so we don't need to sacrifice lambs for forgiveness anymore.
