Should you be on your phone when having a conversation with staff?
No. Either let staff know you are on the phone and can talk in a moment or end the phone conversation/ wait to answer the text.
Are Drugs, alcohol, or nicotine allowed in the program?
No. This is a sober property. If you are of age, you can engage in those activities outside of the program with your child being taken care of by a safe adult.
When is curfew on Friday and Saturday?

What do you do if the trash is full but it is not your week for trash?
Take it out. Regardless of whose week it is, trash is everyone's responsibility and you should not be letting it overflow.

Should there be excessive swearing in the common areas?
No. Children and other providers are always in the program and crass language should be kept to a minimum or not at all.
How many warnings before receiving a termination notice?
4 warnings then a 30 day termination.
What is the dress code?
1) clothing is to cover a resident's body and not expose EXCESSIVE skin.
2) wearing shoes
3) No clothing should have offensive language or symbols
4) Get dressed in the bathroom after a shower
5) No sleeping in the nude
When should dishes be done?
As soon as possible. Dishes should not be left in the sink overnight or left in the sink when you leave for the day.
Who's responsibility is it to remember and administer medications?
You, the resident who has medication. Staff's role in medication is to only observe that it was taken and retrieve it from the medication closet.
What happens if there is bullying in the program?
Termination warning. We have zero tolerance
When you leave the program at what months do we check in with you?
1 month, 6 months, 12 months. But you can always reach out in between or after.
No. guest of any kind are not permitted in the bedroom space even with the door open. Time spent will be in common spaces.
