What is snowplowing?
Snowplowing is prohibited. Snowplowing is defined as using PIT to improperly push pallets or materials on the ground without the operator having a clear view of their path or having complete control to steer or stop the materials (e.g., pushing pallets to reduce the space between them).

This can be put on equipment that is broken, damaged, needs to be put out of service, and should not be used
