injection site reactions, tingling, dizziness/vertigo, warm/hot sensation, burning sensation, feeling of heaviness, pressure sensation, flushing, feeling of tightness, and numbness/ paresthesia. (6.1)
A patient calls their physician and explains they have not gotten any relief from 2 doses of Zembrace. The physician can suggest a redose after this amount of time
4 doses max in 24 hours separated by 1 hour. Migraine diagnosis should be re-evaluated
In migraine, "Pain Relief" indicates an improved response but may still have some migraine symptoms. This term is used to indicate no pain at all after administering a dose of medication

What is prescribing off label
Warnings on the Zembrace label include all of the following but one:
Chest/Throat tightness, Neurofibromatosis, Arrhythmias, Myocardial ischemia/infraction
Neurofibromatosis
Zembrace may cause Raynaud's syndrome which is known to cause this symptom
Changes in color or sensation in your fingers and toes
