When handling food in the kitchen.
Why should we repeat an order back to the guest?
To verify order accuracy.
Can we pull a car forward if they are the only one in the Drive Thru?
No. The vehicle cannot be the only car in the drive-thru, and another vehicle cannot already be pulled forward.
What is the proper procedure if you need to call out?
Contact Management two hours prior to shift. Find coverage for your shift. If you are sick get a doctor's note.
What color/type of shoes are required while working?
Black Slip Resistant Shoes. Closed Toe and Closed Heel.
What should you do after touching your phone and before returning to food preparation?
Wash your hands.
What should you do if a guest tells you their order is incorrect?
Notify the BOH. Ring in the order as a remake and have a manager comp it.
Who is allowed to make the decision to pull a car forward?
Only the Manager on Duty or FOH Drive-Thru Expeditor can decide to pull a vehicle forward. The vehicle cannot be the only car in the drive-thru, and another vehicle cannot already be pulled forward.
Are employees allowed to leave their position without communicating with a leader?
Communication is key! If you need to step off please let management know.
What is our policy regarding hair while working around food?
It must be put up and above your shirt collar. Hat or Headband required.
What should you do if you notice food that doesn't look or smell right?
Notify Management IMMEDIATELY.
When should you get a manager involved with a guest complaint?
When the guest seems irate.
What should you do if you notice drive-thru times are getting high?
Communicate, identify the bottleneck, help the station that is behind, stay in position, use urgency, and keep orders accurate.
What should you do if you're asked to perform a task but don't know the correct procedure?
Ask for help.
What should you do if you arrive for work and realize you're missing part of your required uniform?
Ask your manager for the piece of uniform that is forgotten and do a payroll deduction.

Tables, Milkshake Machine, Windows, Bathrooms, Cook Line, Breader Station, Dish Area, Cutting Boards, ETC.
What are three things you can personally do to give a guest a great experience?
