Paninis are cooked upside down and burritos are cooked flap side down!

We can offer to take off the bacon or sausage on the sandwich but definitely tell the customer that they come prepared and that the sandwich has touched the meat!

NO! We have labeled tongs for different food items (gluten free, burritos/sandwiches and pastries)
