Per OpenDoor policies, your cash offer from Opendoor will be available for 7 days from when it was created, and when you receive your final offer, it will be valid for 5 days.
This means your cash offer expires on [month day]. You will be able to refresh your offer in your Seller Dashboard  (after this one expires) but the refreshed offer may be a different amount, and you will need to connect with Opendoor in order to refresh.
