Kill all zombies till the clock on the Nuketown sign says 15 zombies and the clock above it is 1:00. Then open the shed and follow the purple orb to the computer in APD control. Buy the Bowie Knife and break the computer to get a code. Give the code to Rushmore, and all players must interact with Rushmore to go into Insanity.
How do you activate the Star-Spangled Banner EE?
After you turn Rushmore on, hold interact on the American Flag in the 2nd story of Rushmore's house.

Name all the steps to upgrade to one of the Elemental Rayguns (Pick one and explain)
Mark 2-V: Obtain Kill-o-Watt, Shoot a generator in the Generator room that is sparking Yellow, Pick up the canister and place it in the Generator outside the Yellow House. Shoot 5 telephone poles that are sparking, and then get kills in the circle to charge the canister.
Mark 2-X: Obtain Cryofreeze, find a filing cabinet in APD, Prisoner Holding, or Operations and pick up the canister. Go into the Bunker and shoot blue zombies with your cryofreeze gun and melee them, do this 3 times and pick up their blue liquid. Place the canister in the 115 canister in APD, and charge it.
Mark 2-Y: Obtain Brain Rot. Find a dirt pile that is glowing green near Green House Backyard, Center Street, or Yellow House backyard and shoot a zombie near it so it will dig it up. Find an orange orb on a telepad location and put the telepad there and shoot the orb. Find it's second location and place the telepad and teleport with the orb. Follow the orb to its location and place the canister. Charge the canister.
Mark 2-Z: Obtain FireBomb. Find the cabinet that is smoking orange in the Yellow House first floor, Green House kitchen, and the Lounge area. Shoot the cabinet with your firebomb gun and pick up the canister. Find the house with the firestack with the purple smoke coming out of it. Throw a grenade in the fireplace. After that go inside and place the canister in the fireplace. Charge the canister as always.

Not only could it reanimate the dead better than using just normal 115, but it is also is one piece to constructing the Agarthan Device
