If we are feeling blue zone and the game we are about to play needs you to go fast to make a high score, what can you do?

You can choose not to play if you need a break to yourself to rest. This is okay!

If you still want to play, the game needs a yellow zone body to play (high energy) but you are feeling low energy. The game is harder to win if we are feeling blue zone. We can help our body and make the game easier by using a blue zone tool to give our body some more energy.

Should we ONLY feel green zone in the classroom?

No.

It is okay to feel other zones in class. Work might be hard and we get frustrated (yellow zone). A friend might say something that makes us sad (blue zone). We need to understand that those are inside feelings, and we can use our tools to help our body and brain feel like it can stay in class and do the things we are expected to do.
