He was made as a pig because I was a sort of joke. It's suppose to a jab at him in a sort of funny way.

He was believed because when he was talking to the animals, he would use fear and intimidation. He would talk about Jones coming back if they did not follow what they were saying and later he would use the intimidation of the dogs

Well, in the book, the story is told from a third-person point of view. While in the movie, the story is told by a character named Jessie, who is not a retentive animal in the book.
Why did the pigs think that they could get away with all the things that they were doing?
They knew that they could get way with it because no animal can stop them. The animals are to stupid to read the commandments and how they all changed and no one dares to speak up to them because there scared of the consequence.
Why did Napoleon send Boxer to the Glue factory/ slaughter house
Napoleon did this because Boxer was now weak and could not do much on the farm any more. Boxer also spoke out attested Napoleon and was questioning him.
How was Snowball being chased out simpler to Leon Trotsky's?
Snowball was chased out by Napoleons dog were Trotsky was chased out by the KGB. The author made this simpler because Snowball is suppose to represent Trotsky.
Why did Napoleon ban the song Beasts of England?
He banned in because he said that the rebellion is over and there is no need of the song no more. But, the real reason he banned the song is because he did not want the animals to have a sort of hope with the song gave them.
Did Napoleon plan to take over the farm from the start?
Yes. If you look at the evidence, he took the dogs from there mother and took them away from everyone to teach them. He most likely did this so he could take over the farm and run off Snowball.
Why did Napoleon kill any animal that was "working with Snowball" even if they only saw him in there dreams?
Napoleon wanted to make the animals fear him and not betray him. By killing the animals "working with Snowball" he was able to make the animals fear him.
Why was the pig walking one of the biggest part of there metamorphoses?
For the whole book, the animals have said or hear that four legs are good and that two are bad. Now the pig are walking like people.
What was the biggest difference about the dinner scene in the movie compared to the book?
The dinner scene in the book was the last part of the book were a lot of farmers come to animal farm to have dinner with Napoleon. In the movie, this scene is in the middle and there is only one farmer there.
What did the ending of the book symbolize?
It symbolizes that the pig are exactly like the humans. It shows that the pig have turned into Jones and that Animal Farm is no longer animal farm, it is once again Manor Farm.
What was the dinner scene suppose to represent in real life?
It was suppose to represent that the old government of Russia and the new government were the same and that nothing had changed.
What was the biggest difference in the Movie compared to the Book?
The biggest diffidence in the Movie compared to the book is that Napoleon and the pigs end up losing. At the end of the movie the farm is destroyed and Napoleon is no were in sight. The book however, the animals do not win and the pigs end up turning into humans
