An implementation step is a row on Dimension objects that includes the date, time, task, dependencies, contact information, owner, and implementer fields that provide details necessary for deployment. Applications teams are responsible for filling out these steps on all objects that are deploy-able to production.

This report is used by the release team to validate all steps have been completed for the release on the checkpoint calls. 2) ENTERPRISE MAJOR RELEASE SUPPORT LIST.XLS - This is the support list for the release weekend. 3) TIMELINE_VISUAL.PDF - This is the visual timeline representing when application areas will be going down and coming back up. 4) CHECKPOINT MEETINGS.PDF - This is the list of scheduled checkpoint meeting times along with call in information. 5) 02-19 DEPLOYMENT DASHBOARD – real dashboard of major release activities
