B) Send Sales & Ops - Resume Request template & give them a few days to respond with an updated resume
C) Reject using Sales & Ops - Incomplete Application and send Sales & Ops - Rejection - Incomplete Application email template

C) Send the candidate an Indeed message letting them know they failed the hiring manager interview & don't do anything with the prospect in GH.

Which of these are NOT an appropriate rejection to use for a candidate in the Application stage?

B) There's no way they are 21, reject with the reason Sales & Ops - Minimum Age Requirement
C) Send the candidate an email asking how old they are & go fro, there
A: Call the candidate to see if they meet the minimum age requirement. We should never be assuming someone is under 21 without talking to them first.
***ASK SHAYLA: Is it appropriate to single the candidate out by calling them about the min age requirement before scheduling a PI? Or should we be allowing them to book 30 min of time with us even when we suspect they're underage?
