After accompanying the children to the restroom, the staff should wait outside the bathroom door and escort them back to the classroom.
For the safety of everyone, staff should never be alone with a child in a bathroom with the door closed, and they should never be in a closed bathroom stall with a child.
TA needs to make sure the student washed his/her hands and use paper towels to dry their hands, all used paper towels are thrown into the trash bin, and all faucets are turned off. If not, the TAs will be held responsible.
