Cuts your model tolerance by 50% so when using a trade tool like the rebalancer it will keep it 50% closer then your model tolerance.  For example if your model tolerance can go down to 15% and up to 25% having 50% trade tolerance will only allow it to go down to 17.5% and up to 22.5% (only really seen in the trade log)
