Where to find location of an airport acronym? 

NCOIC Desk, under glass on paper. 

(All locations start with K) So if you hear on radio “KAPS” you will remove the K and look for the acronym “APS” on the paper.

Tail number, Call sign, Location, casualties, type of landing
