Is the dealership allowed to add a new vehicle and request new proof of insurance documents on behalf of the policyholder without permission being given on the policy?
No, the dealership would have to be listed with permission to make changes or we would have to get confirmation from the policyholder over the phone to finalize any changes. Please refer to HELP-167301 for more details.

Ms. PH and her son live in NY and bought a car together and it's registered to them both. Ms. PH has been with Liberty Mutual for years and already has an auto policy with another vehicle listed. Can we add their new vehicle to her current policy?
No, we cannot. The Joint Vehicle Ownership Endorsement is not available in NY, so this vehicle would have to be insured on another policy. Please refer to HELP-156494 for more details.
Ms. PH's father called make changes to the coverages on her auto policy. He wants to add comprehensive and collision, and he would also like to know what her Roadside Assistance covers, if she has it. He isn't listed on the policy, but verified ALL of the policyholder's information. Can we assist him?
No, since he is not a named insured he cannot make changes, or be told any information about the policy. Please refer to HELP-167301 for more details.
Ms. PH lives in TN and just bought a brand new 2023 Ford Fusion. She currently has a home policy and an auto policy that's covering her 2013 Nissan Altima, that she plans on keeping. Is this a lead?

What is the difference in adding the 1st-4th mortgagee vs adding the 5th and beyond?
102-Miscellaneous Endorsement must be added with the name, address, and loan # of mortgagee. Please refer to HELP-1155694 for more details.
In Oklahoma, all scheduled property must have a bill of sale or appraisal on file before being scheduled on a policy, what is the exception to this rule?
Supervisors can waive documentation required for items that are valued under $5000 (HELP-168953)

Mr. and Mrs. PH are going on a road trip and will be renting a car for the drive. ABC Rentals called to confirm the coverages that they have on their auto policy to make sure the rental car will be properly insured. Can we confirm coverages for the rental car company?

Mrs. PH, in Florida, has been a customer with Liberty Mutual for 10 years. Her sister just bought a new car and Mrs. PH would like to add her sister and her new vehicle to her policy to help her out. Is this a lead?
