"We booked a reservation for 5:00pm, drove out to Sherwood Park in terrible road conditions. We were being seated for our dinner only to be be told it will be probably be a while before we can order our meals but the we could order salads and steak tartare. Then as the server brought our wine we were told it would be at least an hour before they can serve hot food as there was a problem in the kitchen and they couldn’t cook any hot food. What I don’t understand is why a notification wasn’t sent out to let me know there was an issue at the restaurant and that there will be a lengthy delay? I get reminders for my reservation but nothing about problems at the restaurant preparing food. Seriously disappointed." - real or fake?

"been coming here since they opened and bartenders were always super nice and chatty. recently idk if they had some staff turnover or something but now the only workers I see behind the bar are disinterested unhappy men, don't even talk to you and make sitting at the bar super boring. have nothing against males bartending but guys like this make you miss when actually hospitable girls were the ones serving you and made you feel welcome. maybe time to find a new bar" - real or fake?
