The Holy Eucharist is the Sacrament of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ

The Christian God’s merciful forgiveness for any sins committed after Baptism, and it brings the sinner consolation and peace

It consists of the souls in Purgatory. It is the Church of all the faithful departed who are saved but are still being purified in purgatorial suffering.
How does the Church continue Christ’s work?
The Church has been given the sacraments, which Christ instituted, as the special means of continuing Christ’s work on earth.

Consists of all the souls of the blessed in Heaven, those in heavenly glory who have triumphed over the evil inclinations, the seduction of the world, and the temptations of the evil spirit.

The Church teaches that sacraments are sensible signs, given to us by Jesus Christ, through which He Communicates invisible grace and inward sanctification to our souls.

We become prepared to witness for Christ as mature Christians and defend the Faith and evangelize

By helping those in need, by seeking to relieve the causes of suffering and buy building up a better life for man. Its vast health care and social welfare systems are found throughout the world.

When a Catholic has committed a serious or mortal sin, sacramental confession is the ordinary way to reconcile the sinner with Christ and the Church

The Eucharistic meal of the Body and Blood of Christ (Reminds of the Last Supper, Shows our unity in Christ, provides a foretaste of the eternal Messianic Banquet of Heaven)
How can we help unbelievers find God?
By the witness of our lives of firm Faith in God and personal love of Christ, and by our goodness and love towards unbelievers.
How does the Sacrament of Penance help us? (3 part answer)
1-to obtain forgiveness form God after we have made a sincere confession, 2- to be reconciled with the church, 3- guides to overcome sin

The liturgy is seen as an exercise of the priestly office of Jesus Christ

When used properly, men are disposed to receive the chief effect of the sacraments, and various occasions in life are rendered holy.
