1. Tell the caller that they will need to visit the servicing FO in person and provide ID such as a valid driver's license. 

2. Provide the caller with the local FO hours and address. NOTE: If the caller alleges that they are unable to visit the FO due to a hardship (e.g. being extremely far from a local office or physically unable to get to the FO), advise the FO of this information on an MDW or Development Worksheet using CCE. Be sure to indicate the specific reason why the caller is unable to visit the FO.
